Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads, pastas, and pastries, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your Wildgrain box.

    Provide Details

    Include your order number and a brief description of the problem, along with photos of any damaged items or packaging.

    Review Process

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a credit, refund, or reshipment.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or a replacement box will be scheduled for the next available bake date.
